Refund Policy

1. Payment Processor

All payments for BrainRush subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. When you purchase a subscription, your transaction is handled by Paddle and is subject to their terms of service in addition to this policy.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with BrainRush for any reason within the first 14 days of subscribing, you are eligible to request a full refund. Simply contact us within that window and we will process your refund promptly.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@brainrush.app with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and your order or transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt). Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
